what is improv?

Improvisation is the art of creating live scenes without a script. It’s not about inventing the whole story, but about being fully present and reacting freely in the moment.

Level 1: start

You don’t need any experience, just curiosity and an open mind!
Together, we’ll play games, do engaging exercises, and explore techniques that activate both your body and your imagination.
You’ll get a taste of what it feels like to create comedy on the spot! And you’ll unleash your creativity, guided by your imagination and the support of the group.

How to react spontaneously and confidently.
Tools to build fun, believable characters.
The basics of improv games you can even play for an audience.

Michał "Majkel" IWanicki

Improviser, comedian, clown, mime, and instructor of improvisation and pantomime. An active member of the Polish comedy scene for many years. On stage, a whirlwind of energy that sparks bursts of laughter. As a trainer, demanding yet attentive, creating a supportive and creative atmosphere.

Asia Foryś

Improv performer and trainer, graduate in Pedagogy with Art Therapy. Connected to the improv and comedy scene in Kraków. On stage, she effortlessly weaves together seemingly impossible threads. She places great importance on participants’ psychological safety, ensuring they can comfortably unleash their creativity.

Marian "janek" Janusz

Trainer and improv performer with many years of experience, active on the comedy scene for over 15 years. Medical clown with the Red Noses Foundation. On stage, he immerses the audience in absurd situations. As a trainer, he is known for his analytical approach.
